London producer O’Flynn has gifted us the perfect mix for long distance travelling. Inspired by a solitary four hours in Singapore airport waiting for a connecting flight, the CONNECTION
mix captures the dream-like state prompted by a lengthy journey and alien surroundings. By frequently blurring the lines between ambient electronica (the eastern-tinged Touch Me & Die
by Kara-Lis Coverdale) and more up-tempo, neon synth (Burial’s Nightmarket), you’ll be transported to somewhere otherworldly and full of hidden delights.
Having been described by Boiler Room as “one of dance music’s most prosperous newcomers”, O’Flynn has received acclaim and support from heavyweights such as Four Tet and Gilles Peterson.
You can catch O’Flynn on a UK tour this Spring.
